Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to improve software quality and delivery timelines.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of junior team members.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Monitor project progress and proactively address any challenges to ensure successful completion.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
• Experience with distributed computing and big data processing frameworks.
• Strong understanding of data pipeline development and optimization.
• Ability to design and implement scalable data solutions in cloud environments.
• Familiarity with scripting and automation to streamline workflows.
