• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and ensure knowledge sharing within the team.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC).
• Experience in configuring and customizing SAP GRC modules to meet organizational compliance requirements.
• Strong understanding of risk management frameworks and their application within SAP environments.
• Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into effective SAP GRC solutions.
• Familiarity with integration techniques between SAP GRC and other enterprise systems to ensure seamless data flow.
• Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to SAP GRC implementations and operations.
  
  

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC).
• This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
