As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves developing and configuring software systems tailored to meet specific project requirements or managing the entire product lifecycle. The role requires applying a comprehensive understanding of various technologies, methodologies, and tools to effectively support clients and project teams. Daily activities include collaborating with stakeholders to ensure software solutions align with business needs, troubleshooting issues, and continuously improving system performance and functionality to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
• Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Veeva Vault.
• Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and configuration management.
• Experience with system integration and data migration within regulated environments.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues efficiently.
• Familiarity with compliance standards relevant to software systems in life sciences or related industries.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in software configuration and deployment.
