• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in IBM AS/400 RPG III.
• Experience in developing and maintaining software applications using IBM AS/400 RPG III.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues effectively.
• Familiarity with integrating custom software solutions within larger system architectures.
