Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to improve software quality and delivery timelines.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in React.js.
• Strong knowledge of component-based architecture and state management in modern web applications.
• Experience with JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3 to build responsive and user-friendly interfaces.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming to integrate front-end components with back-end services.
• Ability to optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex issues in a dynamic environment.

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in React.js.
• This position is based at our Pune office.
