• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of team members.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Front End Development (FED) NextJS.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with React.js.
• Strong understanding of front-end development principles and responsive design techniques.
• Experience in building scalable and maintainable web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Ability to optimize application performance and ensure cross-browser compatibility.
