• Lead the development and implementation of innovative software solutions to enhance business processes.
• Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll.
• Experience in configuring and customizing payroll modules within Oracle HCM Cloud environments.
• Strong understanding of payroll processing, compliance, and reporting requirements.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex payroll-related issues effectively.
• Familiarity with integration techniques between Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll and other enterprise systems.
