As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of specialized applications tailored to project requirements. This role serves as the main liaison for coordinating efforts across various teams, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with project goals. The position demands proactive engagement in problem-solving and decision-making to drive the successful delivery of customized software solutions within a collaborative environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Oversee the implementation of best practices to enhance team productivity and software quality.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
• Facilitate effective communication channels between stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment.
• Continuously evaluate project progress and recommend improvements to meet deadlines and objectives.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE DELMIA Customization.
• Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and application configuration.
• Experience in integrating customized solutions within complex software ecosystems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges in a timely manner.
• Familiarity with collaborative tools and methodologies to support team coordination.
• Excellent analytical skills to assess requirements and translate them into effective software designs.
