• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development. Professional & Technical Skills:
• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites.
• Strong knowledge of web content management systems and experience in developing scalable digital experiences.
• Experience with component-based architecture and reusable code development.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to complement Adobe Experience Manager capabilities.
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance within complex environments.
• Experience working within agile development frameworks and continuous integration pipelines. Additional Information:

• This position is based at our PDC5A - SEZ location.
