You engage in iterative development cycles using contemporary frameworks and agile methodologies to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software that meets unique business requirements. Collaboration and continuous refinement are key aspects of your role, as you work to align technical implementations with evolving project goals and stakeholder expectations. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within project workflows. Professional & Technical Skills:
• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool.
• Experience in customizing and extending SAP Master Data Governance functionalities to meet business requirements.
• Strong understanding of data governance principles and master data management processes.
• Ability to work with integration technologies and interfaces related to SAP MDG.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile project management practices. Additional Information:
• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool.
• This position is based at our HDC4 - SEZ location.
