As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, construction, and configuration of software applications while serving as the main liaison for project-related communications. This role requires overseeing the development process, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that the applications meet the required specifications and quality standards. The position demands proactive problem-solving and continuous engagement with multiple teams to drive project success and deliver effective software solutions.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
• Experience in developing and optimizing custom applications within the SAP HANA environment.
• Strong knowledge of database programming and performance tuning specific to SAP HANA.
• Ability to design scalable and maintainable code following best practices in SAP ABAP.
• Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect SAP modules and external systems.
• Competence in debugging, testing, and troubleshooting complex software issues in SAP landscapes.

• This position is based at DDC 1A - STPI.
