• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the development and deployment of software applications ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster professional growth.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to streamline application integration and performance.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language).
• Good To Have Skills: Microsoft SQL Server, Spring Boot, React.js.
• Strong coding and debugging capabilities in Python to develop scalable software solutions.
• Experience in application design patterns and software architecture principles.
• Ability to work with databases and perform data manipulation using SQL.
• Familiarity with web development frameworks and front-end technologies to support full-stack development.
