• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices in software development to enhance team productivity and product quality.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team to optimize development processes and outcomes.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Google Pub/Sub.
• Strong experience in designing and implementing event-driven architectures using messaging systems.
• Ability to develop scalable and reliable software components that integrate with cloud-based services.
• Familiarity with modern software development frameworks and agile methodologies.
• Competence in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues related to distributed systems.
