• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving software defects to maintain system reliability.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in BMC Helix ITSM.
• Experience in customizing and integrating IT service management solutions.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
• Ability to design and implement scalable software components.

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in BMC Helix ITSM.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
