Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
• Maintain and enhance existing applications to improve performance and user experience.
• Document application configurations and customizations to ensure knowledge sharing and maintainability.
• Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).
• Experience with workflow design and automation within ServiceNow platforms.
• Strong understanding of IT service management principles and processes.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications.
• Familiarity with scripting languages used in ServiceNow customization such as JavaScript.
• Knowledge of integration techniques between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).
• This position is based at our CDC2A - SEZ location.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
