Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the development and implementation of software solutions that meet project objectives and timelines.
• Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration of software components.
• Continuously evaluate and improve software development processes to enhance team productivity and product quality. Professional & Technical Skills:
• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Spring Boot, React.js, Microservices, SQL.
• Strong knowledge of backend and frontend development frameworks and tools.
• Experience in designing scalable and maintainable software architectures.
• Ability to work with cloud platforms and deploy applications in distributed environments.
• Familiarity with database design, query optimization, and data management.
• Competence in debugging, testing, and performance tuning of applications. Additional Information:
• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
• This position is based at our BDC7A - SEZ office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
