The role requires working with modern development frameworks and following agile methodologies to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software that meets unique business requirements. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and continuous refinement of software elements are integral parts of the daily workflow, contributing to the overall success of projects and client satisfaction. Roles & Responsibilities:

• 8–12+ years of experience in UI/UX design and frontend architecture roles.
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Architect, Lead Designer, or Design System Owner.
• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development. Professional & Technical Skills:
• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in User Interface Development, Microsoft Front End Development (FED) NextJS, Hyper Text Markup Language (HTML).
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Front End Development (FED) NextJS, Hyper Text Markup Language (HTML).
• Must have Bootstrap (layout systems, theming, component customization) , Tailwind CSS (utility-first architecture, design tokens, responsive strategies), Mantine (React component architecture, theming, hooks) experience
• Strong knowledge of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
• Experience with component-based architecture and reusable UI elements.
• Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
• Ability to optimize user interfaces for performance and accessibility. Additional Information:
• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in User Interface Development.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
