- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.

Proficiency in SAP Security.
- Experience with SAP Security concepts including user access management, role design, and compliance controls.
- Strong knowledge of SAP system architecture and security protocols.
- Ability to analyze and resolve security-related issues within SAP environments.
- Familiarity with integration of SAP Security with other enterprise systems and applications.
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in SAP Security.
- This position is based at our BDC11 - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
