Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the development and implementation of software components to ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical team members to promote understanding and collaboration.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
• Strong knowledge of component-based architecture and modular design principles.
• Experience with client-side scripting and asynchronous programming techniques.
• Ability to integrate Salesforce Lightning components with backend services and APIs.
• Familiarity with debugging and performance optimization within the Salesforce environment.
• Understanding of user interface design best practices and accessibility standards.
