Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core HCM.
• Strong experience in designing and developing custom software solutions using modern development frameworks.
• Ability to work within agile environments and contribute effectively to iterative development cycles.

• This position is based at DDC 1 - STPI.
