Summary:

As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves analyzing various application components to understand their structure and functionality. The role includes designing solutions tailored to client requirements, writing and testing code to ensure quality and performance, and performing ongoing maintenance and enhancements to existing software. Collaboration with different stakeholders to align development efforts with project goals is a key part of the daily routine, ensuring that applications meet client expectations and operate efficiently across multiple environments.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and resolve technical challenges within projects to maintain smooth delivery.
• Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and timelines.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in OpenText ECM Tools.
• Experience in software development lifecycle including analysis, design, coding, and testing.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize application components.
• Familiarity with application maintenance and enhancement processes.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
