• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align project goals and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
• Experience with integration of marketing automation tools and customer engagement platforms.
• Ability to design and implement scalable solutions within cloud-based environments.
• Familiarity with data management and segmentation strategies in marketing platforms.
