Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to identify and resolve technical challenges within projects to maintain progress and quality.

Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and guiding their development.

Coordinate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in PySpark.

Experience in developing scalable data processing pipelines using PySpark.

Strong understanding of distributed computing concepts and big data frameworks.

Ability to optimize PySpark jobs for performance and resource utilization.

Familiarity with data transformation, cleansing, and aggregation techniques within PySpark.

Experience in debugging and troubleshooting complex PySpark applications.

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in PySpark.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
