Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the development and configuration of software systems, either managing the entire process or focusing on specific stages of the product lifecycle. Your day will involve collaborating with team members, applying your knowledge of various technologies and methodologies, and ensuring that the software solutions meet client needs effectively and efficiently. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting issues and implementing improvements to enhance system performance and user experience.

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design software solutions.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.

Proficiency in Java Standard Edition.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
