Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs.

Maintain and enhance existing software components to improve reliability and performance.

Document development processes and solutions to support knowledge sharing within the team.

Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must Have Skills: Good understanding on the SAP Fieldglass Contingent Workforce/SOW/Profile Worker modules.

Must Have Skills: Understanding on the Configuration manager in the FG.

Must Have Skills: Good to have Administration Manager knowledge in FG.

Must Have Skills: Report creation/analysis.

Good knowledge on the APIs.

Good to have integration experience with Ariba and S4 Systems.

Good to have knowledge on the Agile methodologies.

Good communication skills with clear expression using language with precision.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Certification in Fieldglass or related technologies is a plus.

The candidate should have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in SAP Fieldglass Contingent Workforce/SOW/Profile Worker modules.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
