- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience in designing and coding custom software components using modern programming frameworks.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with system integration and troubleshooting within enterprise environments.
- Skilled in performance optimization and ensuring scalability of software applications.
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
