Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of software applications. This role requires taking ownership of the project s technical direction and serving as the main liaison for all application-related activities. The position demands coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure the solutions meet business needs while overseeing the implementation process to maintain quality and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of application development tasks to meet project goals.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Facilitate effective communication between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool.
- Strong knowledge of data governance principles and master data management processes.
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP Master Data Governance solutions to align with business requirements.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to master data management.
- Familiarity with integration techniques between SAP MDG and other enterprise systems.
- Skilled in analyzing business processes and translating them into technical specifications within the SAP MDG framework.
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool.
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
