Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs.

Maintain and improve existing software applications to enhance functionality and user experience.

Document development processes, code changes, and system configurations to support knowledge sharing.

Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.

Proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce Development, Salesforce Lightning Web Components.

Good To Have Skills:: Experience with Salesforce Development, Salesforce Lightning Web Components.

Strong understanding of cloud-based service platforms and their integration capabilities.

Experience in customizing and configuring customer service solutions to align with business processes.

Ability to work with agile methodologies and modern software development frameworks.

Familiarity with debugging, testing, and deploying software components in a cloud environment.

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Service Cloud.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
