Summary:As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to meet specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications are optimized for performance and usability. You will also participate in testing and debugging processes to deliver high-quality software solutions that align with organizational goals.
Roles Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Assist in the documentation of application processes and workflows.

Collaborate with stakeholders to refine application requirements and enhance user experience. Professional Technical Skills:Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management.

Experience with application lifecycle management and deployment processes.

Strong understanding of IT service management principles and best practices.

Familiarity with scripting languages and automation tools relevant to ServiceNow.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues effectively.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Operations Management.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
