Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to enhance productivity and quality.

Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of team members.

Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure seamless integration of software components.

Support junior professionals by providing guidance and assisting in their technical development.



Professional Technical Skills:


Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Lucidworks Fusion.

Strong experience in designing and developing scalable search and data discovery applications.

Ability to configure and customize Lucidworks Fusion pipelines and connectors to meet complex data ingestion requirements.

Familiarity with query languages and search relevance tuning to optimize user experience.

Experience in integrating Lucidworks Fusion with various data sources and enterprise systems.

Capability to troubleshoot and resolve performance issues within search applications.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Lucidworks Fusion.

This position is based at our Hyderabad office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
