Summary:Workday Integration Studio Developer designs, builds, and supports complex integrations between Workday and other internal or third-party systems using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST).This role is crucial in ensuring seamless data flow across HR, payroll, finance, and business systems.Key Responsibilities Integration Development:Design, build, test, deploy, and support new and existing integrations using the full suite of Workday integration tools, including:oWorkday Studio:Develop complex, custom integrations using Assembly Components, handling error logging, reporting, and performance tuning.oCore Connectors:Utilize Core Connector Worker and Document Transformation to build reliable integrations.oEIBs (Enterprise Interface Builders):Develop inbound and outbound EIBs for simple data transfers.oWorkday Web Services:Utilize SOAP, REST, WSDL, XSLT, and XML technologies for data manipulation and transfer. Finance Integration Expertise:Specialize in building and maintaining integrations involving Workday Financial Management modules, such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Procurement, and Expense Management. Collaboration:Work closely with functional analysts, business stakeholders, and project managers to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and ensure integrations meet business needs. Maintenance Support:Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and monitoring of existing integrations to ensure data accuracy and system stability. Troubleshoot and resolve integration errors promptly. Documentation Testing:Create comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and deployment guides. Conduct thorough unit testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT). Updates Compliance:Stay current with Workday releases and enhancements, assessing impact on existing integrations and ensuring compliance with all security and data privacy standards.Required
Qualifications Skills 25+ years of hands-on experience in Workday integration development. Hands-on experience with:oWorkday Studio (With a minimum of 1-2 SI Implementation hands on)oEIBs (Inbound and Outbound)oCore Connectors (e.g., Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, Financials)oWorkday Web Services (SOAP/REST APIs)oXSLT, XML, XPath, JSON, and web service protocols Strong understanding of Workday Business Objects, Reports, and Calculated Fields. Familiarity with Workday HCM, Payroll, Benefits, or Financials modules. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Preferred
Qualifications Must have Workday Integration Certification or Workday Studio Certification (highly preferred).
