Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within project workflows.

Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and timely delivery.



Professional Technical Skills:


Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).

Strong experience in customizing and configuring SAP Plant Maintenance modules to meet business requirements.

Ability to analyze complex system requirements and translate them into effective software solutions.

Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect SAP PM with other enterprise systems.

Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues within SAP Plant Maintenance environments.

Knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies to support iterative development and continuous improvement.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).

This position is based at our Pune office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
