Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead the implementation of best practices to improve software quality and delivery timelines.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align project objectives and technical strategies.


Professional Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:
- Proficiency in SAP EWM.

Strong experience in designing and developing custom software solutions within enterprise resource planning environments.

Ability to work with modern software development frameworks and agile methodologies.

Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues related to warehouse management systems.

Experience in integrating SAP EWM with other enterprise applications and systems.

Competence in optimizing software performance and ensuring scalability of solutions.

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP EWM.

This position is based at our Pune office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
