Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of software applications. The position demands coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure the solutions meet business needs while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. The role also includes overseeing the progress of development tasks and ensuring timely delivery of project milestones through effective communication and problem-solving.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of application design and configuration activities.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall capabilities.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align technical solutions with organizational goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool.
- Strong experience in configuring and customizing SAP Master Data Governance solutions to meet business requirements.
- Ability to analyze complex data governance processes and translate them into effective software configurations.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to master data management within SAP environments.
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP MDG with other enterprise systems.
- Familiarity with data quality management and validation techniques within SAP Master Data Governance.
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
