• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in IBM WebSphere DataPower.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Java Standard Edition, Test Automation Strategy.
• Strong knowledge of integration patterns and middleware technologies related to IBM WebSphere DataPower.
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize performance of data processing and security appliances.
• Experience in designing and implementing secure, scalable, and maintainable software solutions.
• Familiarity with agile software development lifecycle and continuous integration practices.

• This position is based at our HDC4 - SEZ location.
