Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the implementation of best practices and standards within the team to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle CC&B Technical Architecture.
• Strong knowledge of software design principles and architectural patterns related to Oracle Customer Care and Billing systems.
• Experience in developing and integrating custom modules within complex enterprise environments.
• Ability to analyze system requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and modern software development frameworks.
• Skilled in troubleshooting and optimizing software components to improve system performance.
  
  

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Oracle CC&B Technical Architecture.
• This position is based at our Indore office.
• A Min 15 years of full time education is required.
