• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the implementation of best practices and standards within the team to ensure quality and consistency.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of team members.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
• Strong experience in designing scalable and maintainable software architectures within Salesforce environments.
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, including integration patterns and security models.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Experience with agile development methodologies and modern software engineering practices.
• Skilled in troubleshooting and optimizing Salesforce applications for performance and reliability.
  
  

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
• This position is based at our Nagpur office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
