Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
• Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and guiding them through technical challenges.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and deliverables.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Selenium, API Testing, Playwright, Data Warehouse ETL Testing.
• Strong experience in automated testing frameworks and tools related to web applications.
• In-depth understanding of software development life cycle and quality assurance methodologies.
• Ability to design and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Familiarity with debugging and troubleshooting techniques to identify and resolve software defects.
• Experience working with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
