• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Siebel Enterprise Application Integration (eAI).
• Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
• Experience in designing and implementing integration solutions across complex enterprise systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to application integration.
• Familiarity with database management and query optimization techniques.
