• Lead the planning and execution of software development tasks to meet project goals and deadlines.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).
• Experience in customizing and configuring ITSM modules to align with organizational processes.
• Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within ITSM platforms.
• Familiarity with integration techniques and APIs related to ServiceNow ITSM.
• Skilled in scripting and automation to enhance IT service workflows and efficiency.

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).
• This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
