Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective software solutions.
• Continuously evaluate and improve existing software components to enhance performance and maintainability.
• Document development processes and maintain clear communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project progress.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and assisting with technical challenges. Professional & Technical Skills:
• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in React.js.
• Experience with JavaScript frameworks and libraries related to React.js development.
• Strong understanding of component-based architecture and state management techniques.
• Familiarity with front-end build tools and version control systems.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Experience in debugging and optimizing web applications for maximum speed and scalability. Additional Information:
• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in React.js.
