Roles & Responsibilities:

• troubleshooting complex issues, implementing solutions, and providing technical guidance to clients and team members.

work in shift rotation 24/7 and handle on-call support .

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• strong foundation in Quintiq, coupled with experience in troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication.
• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE Platform DELMIA Quintiq.
• Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Experience in designing and implementing scalable software architectures.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within integrated systems.
• Familiarity with version control systems and continuous integration practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering business-oriented solutions.
