• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery of software components.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BW/4HANA Data Modeling & Development.
• Experience in designing and implementing data models that optimize performance and support complex business reporting requirements.
• Strong knowledge of data warehousing concepts and best practices within SAP environments.
• Ability to develop and maintain data extraction, transformation, and loading processes to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect SAP BW/4HANA with other enterprise systems.
• Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to data modeling and system performance.

• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP BW/4HANA Data Modeling & Development.
• This position is based at our Chennai office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
