• Lead the implementation of best practices and standards within the team to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Neo4j.
• Strong experience in graph database design and query optimization.
• Ability to develop and maintain scalable software components using modern programming languages.
• Familiarity with agile software development methodologies and continuous integration practices.
• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues related to database and application performance.
