Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and ensure alignment with project goals. Professional & Technical Skills:
• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Siebel Configuration/Oracle Siebel Admin.
• Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
• Experience in designing and implementing scalable software solutions using modern frameworks.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within enterprise applications.
• Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect various software components effectively. Additional Information:
• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Siebel Configuration.
• This position is based at our Pune office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
