Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Oversee the implementation of best practices to enhance team productivity and software quality.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of project objectives and timelines. Professional & Technical Skills:
• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management.
• Strong knowledge of application design and configuration within ServiceNow platforms.
• Experience in managing and integrating IT operations workflows and processes.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to IT operations management.
• Familiarity with automation and orchestration tools to optimize IT service delivery.
• Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration across diverse teams. Additional Information:
