Minimum 5 Year(s) Of Experience Is Required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, Seeking an experienced Informatica PowerCenter and MS SQL Developer with strong expertise in ETL development, data warehousing, and SQL Server database programming. The candidate should be capable of developing scalable data integration solutions and supporting critical business applications. Ability to work independently and mentor junior resources. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Design, develop, and support Informatica PowerCenter mappings, workflows, sessions, and transformations.
• Develop and optimize T-SQL objects including Stored Procedures, Functions, Views, and Triggers.
• Perform data analysis, source-to-target mapping, data validation, and reconciliation.
• Tune ETL jobs and SQL queries for performance and scalability.
• Knowledge of Unix-Shell scripts for file processing and workflow automation.
• Support production deployments, incident resolution, and root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with business, testing, and support teams throughout the SDLC. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:
• Proficiency in Informatica PowerCenter.
• Informatica PowerCenter (5+ years)
• Microsoft SQL Server (T-SQL)
• ETL Development & Data Warehousing Concepts
• Query & Performance Tuning
• Unix Shell Scripting
• Autosys , Control-M
• Git or other Version Control Tools Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
• Informatica IICS
• SSIS , SSRS , SSAS
• Strong knowledge of data integration and ETL processes.
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize data workflows for performance and reliability.
• Experience working with agile development methodologies and version control systems.
• Familiarity with designing scalable and maintainable software components. Additional Information:
• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Informatica PowerCenter.
• This position is based at our Mumbai office.
• A 15 years full time education is required. Notice Period Preference: Immediate to 45 Days.
