Roles Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.

Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and timely delivery.

Professional Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Genesys Contact Center QM.

Experience with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues.

Familiarity with integration of custom software components within larger system architectures.

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-disciplinary teams to achieve project goals.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Genesys Contact Center QM.

This position is based at our HDC3C - SEZ office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
