Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. The role requires working with contemporary development frameworks and following agile methodologies to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software that meets unique business requirements. Collaboration with different stakeholders and continuous refinement of software elements to enhance performance and functionality are integral parts of the daily routine.

He / She should develop overall test plan for SPA. This includes test script creation based on designs from Development team. He is well versed in , report generation from Jira tool. He has handson experience in automation tasks using GenAI/Co-pilot tool. He / She should target on the process improvements, monitoring Jira dashboard and prioritize critical issues. He / she should regular check app store and create a stakeholder report where feedback is less than or equal to 3 and another report greater than 3. He should bring backlog items and present to HAEA / HMA management. He should generate test coverage, test script execution report and share with the HAEA / HMA team. He should be instrumental in Go/No-Go decision for deployments. Good in oral / written communications. Manage stakeholder meetings independently Able to handle pressure situations. Connected car experience is bonus

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Connected Vehicles.
• Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Experience with system integration and component-based software design.
• Ability to analyze complex requirements and translate them into effective software solutions.
• Familiarity with performance optimization and scalable software architectures.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 10+ years of experience .
• This position is based at our Hyderabad office , Secondary as Bengaluru
• A 15 years full time education is required.
