• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP HANA Technical Architecture, SAP ABAP Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Ability to design and optimize custom code for performance and scalability within SAP environments.
• Experience in integrating SAP modules and ensuring seamless data flow across systems.
• Familiarity with debugging, testing, and troubleshooting complex software issues in enterprise applications.
